Very good but sometimes a little slow in processing
Found the staff very helpful when I asked for help dealing with some questions regarding filling in the claims form. I was kept informed throughout the claim process and it was dealt with quite quickly. Thank you.
Very helpful and settled promptly
My mam has been very poorly and in hospital for 16 weeks therefore I couldn't travel, the company have made me jump through hoops to claim my cancellation fee of £600, It still is not settled after 3 months and it is a very difficult time for me

Positive outcome but very slow in getting there
I was claiming for a cancelled flight and subsequent missed time of holiday. I got a very minimal offer of compensation which barely covered the cost of the insurance. A bit disappointing as I had deliberated alot when booking and thought this was the best policy.

Eaay to claim with no hassle, claim was handled reasonably quickly, although it took about a month to receive the money back
