Took over half an hour by phone to find out the cover policy I had taken out, as it was not on the details I had been sent. Completed paperwork for claim. Claim was agreed and payment should have been received within 7 days from 5th November - as yet still waiting for payment - have sent an email no response except an automatic one !!!!!!

Submitted a claim on the 10th October for a delayed flight, received a request for further information on the 28th October which was emailed that day and after chasing twice I have been advised today (13 November) that my claim will not be settled under the terms of the insurance. Feel like my time has been wasted when this could have been advised much earlier in the process, as the insurance did not cover the flight home !!

Claim sent once we had all the info, including Doctor's forms completet, but now being asked questions that have already been answered on the forms, and seems to be a delaying tactic.
I lost a pair of prescription glasses whilst walking on the seashore. The claims process was simple and quick, although I did have to chase for progress after submitting the claim form and hearing nothing for a week. Once found, the claim was processed within a couple of days.

No one wants to make a claim whilst on holiday, and this was the first time I have had to do it, was very impressed with this insurance as it was very quick and easy to claim. I will be using them again, hopefully no claims this time, but peace of mind.
