Took ages to finalise the claim and had some terms that meant you don’t get anywhere near the full value of your missing items. Wouldn’t recommend.

a surprising but very welcome outcome
problems caused by my original claim forms getting lost in the post were handled very well i am so happy as i thought my claim may have been rejected due to the length of time it took to submit replacement claim documents

Annoying
Sent in all info required then asked questions one at a time where the answers were all in the original paperwork. This made the claim slow send I had to contact the insurance company which resulted in a payout the next day. Put me off using this company again.
