Took take but got a full refund 😊
It took a while to come back to me after the initial request was made and documents received then another wait and further documents were requested However it was worth the wait as I received a full refund for my flight and I was reimbursed my £75 cancellation fee charged by love holidays

Delayed travel claim settled
Settled in full. I'd have given 5 stars only there were repeated requests for more and more information, most of which had been included in the initial application. It did get a bit frustrating. However, paid fully in the end so fully satisfied.

Very easy from initial telephone call to the end result and payment
I was badly bitten on my holiday which became infected and cost me a lot of money and two days on a drip. I telephoned when I returned to explain what was happened I was sent the forms which I filled in with the documentation required and I was reimbursed within a couple of weeks. Brilliant service.

Evidence not thoroughly considered
I submitted all evidence required. But despite this my claim was not properly or fully considered. Settlement was based on a lack of full consideration of what the claim was actually for. Responses to my emails were slow and not comprehensive. A query concerning escalation procedures was ignored
