Claim is based on previous earning so pandemics mean u can’t work along with being off on pregnancy. Pay for £1250 worth of cover but got £120. Disgustingly shocking.

Too slow and no compassion - untrained staff
First Lady did not understand why I wanted to make a claim she did not seem bothered with my distressing situation. The second lady understood and posted me the forms to which I completed and returned. However it has now been over a good few weeks and nothing has been done on my claim. I’m still awaiting the funds and my bills are on hold until I get money from claims.
