good insurance - value for money and would recommend
It took sometime to get paperwork sorted, but at the end, claim was accepted and paid.
Quick email response from the insurance company and a quick resolution and settlement,
Due to medical reasons I could not fly 2 weeks before I was due to. My claim was sorted from start to finish and paid with in one week. Brilliant customer service.
The form was initially sent very quickly however there has been no follow up or response to my claim.
Asked for forms by post which I received quickly. A lot of information was required but form was quite straightforward. Had an email 9days after my forms were to say my claim was successful Very efficient and speedy service
I had a really upsetting experience with a loss of a lot of money and a sentimental item. I hoped I could rely on my insurance company to help with what was a difficult period for me. I paid £65 for premier cover, however this was far from premium cover. This company would take over a week to get back to each email and refused to cover the loss of my personal item at all. In addition to this, I purchased this cover because it stated that it would cover me for £750 of personal money, but the company refused to pay this and instead only offered a maximum of £300. I would never recommend this company, steer well clear!
After making a claim after our flights were cancelled, we had no reply for 2 weeks. After sending several emails we had a reply to resend the information which we had already done. Then weeks past again so we had to use a legal representative to finally get things moving. Out of our £380 claim we received an email saying we were only entitled to £84 of it which we have been waiting another 2 weeks to receive and still nothing! Just don’t bother.
After some initial queries, a sympathetic and efficient service. We were so anxious and worried about our daughter but there was help and advice at hand
