Everything took too long considering they had all the information from day 1. They kept asking me questions that had already been asked. Whenever they asked for information it would then take another 2 weeks for any reply. I was promised the settlement money in my account nearly 2 weeks ago & i am still waiting!!

My claim was paid in the end but required me to initiate contact every time even when I was informed that I would be contacted with updates. At the end of the day I'm happy because the claim was paid, but to get there was a bit like pulling teeth
I found the claim process with insurefor fairly straightforward. The instructions were clear and a decision regarding the outcome did not take too long and I’m happy to say was a positive one.
After breaking my wrist, it took me a few days to think straight. When I eventually rang my insurers, it was so reassuring as being in France, the language barrier was a bit of a problem, and they put me at ease straight away.
The woman answered the phone immediately to help assist with our medical emergency and gave great advice and told us exactly what to do.
