STAY CLEAR

Having left my suit carrier on train December ( with 3 items of clothing inside), many phone calls to them and Rail Company my claim finally settled. There is very little help when calling for an update (someone will be in touch soon), no timescales, If I could I would have rated 0. Poor/non existent customer service and abysmal complaints process. Over a month since I initially submitted my complaint and after telephoning I am STILL waiting after 3 weeks for final response letter. They have no idea on what to do when I submitted a Subject Access Request, needless to say I'm still waiting for that. If you do need to make a claim for genuinely lost luggage be prepaired to have to use lots of your own time chasing them up

Made to jump through hoops - terrible communication

One department not speaking to another meaning I had to keep sending duplicate information - and denial of it being received even though I had a signature as sent signed for

Took forever but claim was accepted

I used insurefor just because it was cheap. So when I got hurt abroad, I was worried my claim wouldn't get accepted but it did so I'm very happy. My only complaint is the time it took. It took them 2 weeks to respond to my claim form, and they were asking for more information. Then it took another week for them to announce the claim was accepted, and then an additional week to send the money.

Absolutely dreadful experience without empathy

Unfortunately I had knee injury caused, exiting from the Perth train. The injury became incredibly painful. Sunday 24th March attending emergency accident @ Armadale Hospital Perth.... . Extray taken confirmed not fractured. Leg brace put on leg. Attended Perth Airport meeting Singapore Airlines. Brilliant customer service- caring & arrangement made for wheelchair assistance. They suggested contact your insurance. I did this & my nightmare experience started. I’m certainly wishing to register a formal complaint. Please contact me.
