Not had any problems with insurefor themselves, but I've not had any need to contact them directly. I made a claim for delayed luggage in January - Reactive Claims (the claims provider insurefor use) are extremely unresponsive. Took approximately 3 weeks of back and forth emails (including sending them a copy of my insurance policy) to convince them that my luggage was delayed for 2 days, and therefore payment should cover £25 x 2 days = £50. I received a payment of £25 shortly afterwards, which was fine - I'm still emailing them to try and find out where the other £25 has gone, and haven't had a response after 2 weeks and 3 emails. So a total of 3 months back and forth since the initial claim. insurefor are ok, but definitely won't bother renewing with them next year if it means I have to talk to Reactive Claims again in the future.
Hassle free, prompt, consoling, positive.
We were very happy with your service and hopefully be able to use your company again.
Once I sent the claim in with the supporting documents it was done within the week.
Cancelled due to hospital admission Posted forms and within a few days email received advising claim was approved
Everything was pretty straightforward from submitting the claim to getting the money. Would definitely insure again with these guys!
Very poor service all round
A bit time consuming getting information together but went smoothly after that
The process took a bit longer than expected based on experience with other insurers. All in all satisfied with experience
Very misleading company that requires you to read every ounce and detail. Be very wary before choosing to be insured by them. £1,775 claim, didn’t even get half of my claim.
