There are two versions of my Insurance claim with insurefor.com 1) Once made, the processor went through the my claim application and stopped whenever they came to an issue or a point where they needed further documentation or clarification. This person(s) did not read on and asses the entire claim to see of there would be anything else needed, but simply paused and waited. Once they received the detail needed they recommenced the claim and then stopped again and again and again. 2) Each request for further documentation or clarification occurred on a Friday evening @ 5:30 pm and despite answering immediately, the next communication would come at least two weeks later, on a Friday evening @ 5:30 pm. The company’s claims process is designed to weed out all but the most determined claimant. Despite being owed over £300, there were times when I wanted to give up and ‘forget it!’ They are either, supremely inefficient, or underhanded. You decide which. However, I did get paid in the end.
I was worried about my claim being handled effectively due to some of the reviews I'd read online, but I've received almost the full amount I claimed for. The process too about five weeks and communication was fairly sporadic, but overall I'm happy - I only had to chase once.

Very easy and straightforword claim was settled quickly and will be renewing my policy when due.
Forms are overly complicated, but good email communication and payment received for a holiday we went on 9 months ago.
Easy to deal with helpful and knowledgeable staff
Terrible experience of the third party claim handler. They provided minimal information and didn't assess my claim according to the policy I purchased. More over, when the decision was communicated, they didn't provided any information on how to appeal or the regulator information in case I wanted to complain. Avoid Insurefor at all costs, all they want to do is make as much money as possible and has no regard for its customers.
