I found it hard when I needed to claim due to my condition and lock down restrictions but the helpful staff at realm made it easy for me by providing all I needed on line plus helping with all my questions.

Very efficient and it took a short time only for the claim to be reviewed. The only thing that can be improved: more information online with e.g. a step-by-step guide what happens when you make a claim (it's stressful as the info is limited.) Include it's alright to send in separate forms (e.g. one from employer, one from GP) and the email address specific for claims.
