I will definitely insure with them again.
Extensive documentation required to assess the claim. Almost not worth the effort for a relatively small claim. Slow responses to emails. I understand the need for proof of the claim, but its a bit too much i would say

It was a very simple process with no issues at all
A claim for holiday cancellation through illness. They ask for a lot of information, including a medical certificate, but they make it very clear what you have to submit. Handled promptly and efficiently.
Global response were only interested in trying to find an excuse to invalidate the claim we made and they assisted us in no way. Thankfully my family were able to fly out to aid me during a very stressful time when I was hospitalised with a heart attack.

My partner Jackie suffered a badly broken leg on the first day of a ski holiday and from the first contact with the call centre, everything was taken care of. We had to curtail the holiday to get her home for surgery and the process was handled brilliantly as Insurefor arranged getting us door to door from the hotel to home. Once home, they also reimbursed other costs that I had to make, like recovery off the mountain, medical costs in the ski resort etc. and also reimbursed a large part of the holiday cost due to the curtailment. All in all an excellent service.
Easy to raise the claim and sent in all requested documentation. Processed very quickly and paid out with no issues.

After finding some of the forms a little confusing/ difficult to fill out once my claim was acknowledged it was dealt with and resolved quickly.
Not too much back and forth. Got a fully processed claim with very little additional effort. Although the time period taken was three weeks.
Every other week after making a claim kept asking for further evidence.what your policy states with insurefor is not correct when you come to make a claim.wont even pay for emergency passport ro get home when was stolen.Two months later claim has not been resolved. Worst travel insurance I've ever had
