Poor service asks for same information on multiple occasions and no feedback certain they want you to give up trying to claim

Excellent service
Found it easy to use and being deaf found it is worth the money with all the pre existing health, and claim I made for other, it really helped. I would definitely use again for another trip if I'm going somewhere in a short trip as I'm going to Dominican Republic for a wedding its not cheap anywhere and hope will keep using this for Europe use. Definately would recommend to anyone!
After making my online claim and emailing back completed forms, I received an automated non- reply response, Since then I have received no further updates or correspondence from them concerning my claim.I don’t know if they have all the information they need? are they processing my claim? nothing. Very disappointed with their customer service. It’s been over two weeks I would have expected some acknowledgement of the progress.

My claims experience was stressful due to inappropriate excess being applied and slow responses to communications.
