Poor service

Claim initiated on 6/4/2019. Global operation o.k. at helping. Reactive Claims took over after 9/4/2019. Still waiting for information on claim on 28/5/2019. Was told not to send emails as could cause delay to processing claim on 20/4/2019. Telephoned Reactive claims last week. Stated they had sent for info. from medical team but had not received any and had not chased this up. Find this very unhelpful and unprofessional. Was told they would make further contact with me but no contact yet.

Easy and Straight forward

As a first timer to getting my own travel insurance and then also having to make a claim it was super easy and straight forward to make the claim and contact the insurer. was very reassuring to have such a simple process

First class all the way

I have bought holiday insurance for many years and I have been very fortunate not to ever needed to make a claim. However I have heard of other people who have had a very bad experience with what you would expect to be very good companies.With house hold names. And I have paid an awful lot of money for I.

Too slow and did not cover the expenses in full

The insurance took over a month to settle a simple claim and did not pay the costs associated with the medical certification which is required to get the claim. This cost was covered by another insurance on a previous occasion. In addition they deducted £2.50 ATOL and £13.00 APD which I don't even know what it refers to. Will not use insurefor again.
