Had Egyptian belly whilst on holiday in Egypt. Very good service from the doctor and his staff
I contacted the help line while abroad fir advice due to my daughter taken Ill while abroad. They were extremely helpful. Was very easy to claim when I got back to the UK

The only thing organised was a taxi to the airport as I was unable to weight bare on my foot .when it arrived it was a large mini bus with steps so yet again I had to be carried on and off by other holiday makers

My wife contacted Insure for Less when I became I'll, The person handling the call was very helpful and gave her the information we required, she also advised on what we shall do next.

My claim was dealt with reasonably quickly and efficiently. Will use the company again.
I took there 24 hour helpline advice after my sister passed away whilst I was in Spain there claims service is incredibly slow unhelpful and rude they tried everything to not accept my claim I had to contact the insurer direct who couldn't give a dam after approximately ten weeks they settled but only for lost holiday time not new flight that there helpline said I could recover or death certificate or doctors report they say they require, so look elsewhere to be assured of better service.

I have been asked to review a claim, which I have received no information on. It's frustrating as like you know, I had spent a lot of time filling the claim form out.
