My claim was easy to make, dealt with quickly with minimal fuss, and I received payment quickly too. Would use again

I found them to be incredibly slow with my claim over 2 months. They asked for information and receipts, but rather than asking for all they needed in one go, kept asking for more receipts, more information, almost like delay tactics probably hoping you'd give up and forget the claim. Won't be using them again

These guys sub contract out to other firms who completely mess you around. I snapped my knee in October and was told the claim was being dealt with. six months down line I’ve had to pay debt collection agencies myself and claim back through one of their failing sub-contractors! Who are going bust!

I broke my wrist in Florida in early April 2019. I had to pay 3 medical bills whilst over there totalling nearly £1000. The company paid the bills in full but it took them almost two months to do so which I found disappointing.
We need to saw a doctor when abroad and insurance cover all cost thank u so much i very happy for chosen your company

Submitted all papers which obviously were checked and my claim was verified and agreed fairly quickly. I was notified that the claim was approved and am awaiting payment to my account. Thanks

From the claim process to receiving the payout was hassle free. The only problem I had was the initial call to the insurance from abroad, I could not get through on the telephone and nor could the clinic
The initial phone call filled me with concern as the young lady did not offer sympathy when I told her about my husband's stroke. She could not have been less interested although did give me the minimum info required to make a claim.
