No issues relatively straight forward claims process and quick resolution.
I was injured right at the end of my trip. Getting home was a nightmare; I needed to be back for work but they wouldn't book me on a flight until they had a report from the hospital and demanded a "fit to fly" certificate (all I had done was cut my chin, needing 5 stitches!). Eventually another customer service person told me I could book myself and then claim back (up to that point they had told me they had to book the flight, which they wouldn't do until the hospital had given them a report ). So I paid for a replacement flight myself and now, 3 months later, am still fighting to get the money back.
Submitted my claim and had heard lots of horror stories. Everything was so simple and hassle free

Easy to claim
Lots of documentation needed - some difficult to obtain - very slow processing of the claim - no contact in the meantime - took 10% off for "wear & tear" even tho' I'd already deducted 50% myself! I had a lot of money stolen and didn't even get half of it back

A very good hassle free experience throughout, although processing is a bit slow after sending the documents.
For once I was not responded with the inimitable insurer reply 'ah but'
