I got this insurance at a good price and it covered the cost of ambulance transportation. They also dealt with a request for hospital fees that was incorrectly sent. I felt that they took a long time to pay but as they did I have no complaints

Claims handling
It took a little time to pull all the paperwork together. It was good to be able to submit it online. Once everything was in place the claim was paid. Overall, a pretty good experience.
