I have paying the income policy insurance for over 7 years and never had to use before. Sometimes i thought was not worthy. Untill the moment we had the covid and i lost my job. Very poor and pressurised service to claim what you are entitled too
After 24 years I have made full monthly subscriptions with other loss of earnings insurance company’s and most recently the last few years with yourselves. I am now being advised and pressured into actively seeking employment at this very time when we are going through a very serious COVID pandemic and being advised by government to stay safe protect the NHS and stay at home all the reason for being on full lockdown, the chances of being exposed to the virus in the town where I live is very high.
