Shocking

So I purchased premium travel insurance to be told that my return flight was not covered!! How can this be?

Poor communication

I am very disappointed with the service I received. It took in total 2 months for me to obtain my money back and the communication was terrible. I had to chase several times to be updated on the status of my claim and would just be told by the claims advisors there was nothing that could be done. threatening to speak to managers seemed to be the only thing that actually progressed my claim.

Customer Experience is low on the priority list

Initial contact to lodge the claim was fine, as was access to required forms and information. Claims form is overly complex and the formatting is a mess. What annoyed me most was the approach to reviewing the claim. Rather than review in its entirety and then ask me questions, claims advisors would contact me each time they had a question. Nobody would respond. The 2nd and 3rd questions I was asked were a duplicate so clearly the advisor was not fully appraised of the claim. Generally, the impression I got was that the company considers claims to be fraudulent from the start and the process for reviewing the claim is there to prove the customer innocent. Should surely be the other way round. In the end the claim was settled and payment made within the stated SLA.

slow

extremely slow process and almost feels like they do this deliberately to try and put you off of going through with the claim. still haven’t received the money back and i placed my claim in april

Slow and robbing

Not only each interaction with this company takes weeks, they have also made discounts on my settlement agreement which are in clear disagreement with the Civil Aviation Authority information and advice. DO NOT recommend!

Initially claim refused because you hadn’t read my claim form correctly. When resubmitted claim was accepted. No apology was offered ! WHOLE PROCESS TOOK FAR TOO LONG ~ I WILL NEVER RENEW WITH YOUR COMPANY ~

Difficult and not customer friendly

No contact by phone all documents had to be uploaded in specific format or else rejected .Details of all purchases were required when my suitcase and clothes were over 2 years old

A lot of work our part but handled efficient

Save everything .. a lot of paperwork and takes awhile to get money refunded but at least they did what we had paid for and ended up very satisfied ....thank you

Snail pace

Sent in all documents requested on claim form at end of April. Have had request for further documents on two later occasions. Still getting nowhere and it is June 20th. Far to slow or just delaying payout ?.
