We had to claim for a cancelled holiday. Paperwork and doctors certificate was no more onerous than one would expect, ( though doctors certificate was expensive!). Claim was settled quite promptly and without further queries.
One phone call, one form to fill in and return. Three weeks later refund was credited straight into my bank. Very pleased with the service and would recommend to friends and family.

The claim took 3 months to be resolved which was a long wait as we had to pay out €11,000 at the hospital. Communication by email was very slow too, responses to questions were not available. But yes the settlement was made and we are still insured by this company.
Sent my claim forms by email on 19th June and apart from the Automated Response of receipt I have heard nothing.....

Incredibly slow communication and now refusing to pay part of my claim despite them not being able to substantiate where the loophole they’re attempting to use exists in their terms and conditions. It has been over a week since I asked for the details of their complaints team and I’m still waiting for a response. Will be taking this to the ombudsman.

Having overseen some early experience finding the right company and department. We were soon sent a claims form,after all ddetails were collated it was returned by email and was dealt with quite quickly.
It took less than a month for my claim to be settled, very easy process.

I had to make a claim following a visit to a doctor followed by a consultation and X-ray at a hospital in Spain. My claim was paid in full, took a bit of time to go through the system but no quibbles in paying out so delighted with this company.

Unfortunately it has not been good this is our first claim ever and I have sent documents to cover our claim for our flight and car hire and explained that I can ask the doctor to complete her form but as Ryanair do not make contact getting them to send a cancellation invoice is impossible but the doctor can confirm we did not fly as my husband had a heart operation and a stroke as you can appreciate this has been a very traumatic experience and your company has made it very difficult
