The two companies that assisted me were Global Response who handled my outstanding medical bills and Reactive Claims who dealt with my out of pocket expenses on a recent trip over seas where a member of the family was hospitalised unexpectedly. Overall, happy that the everything got sorted but took a long time to handled due to delays with my GP handing over the necessary medical report the insurer was asking for. I would use these guys again and am alot wiser about how this process overall works. Also Reactiv honoured my claim outside their typical 28 day period which I am super happy and pleased with.
After all evidence was submitted the process was smooth and professional. Very quick resolution.

The lack of contact after the claim submission was a bit disconcerting.I only discovered that they were using the wrong email address after phoning to find out why I had heard nothing after several weeks.Otherwise it was fine.
Put in a claim, it took a bit of time time get the money back but they paid out so I cant complain

Never had to claim on a holiday insurance before so didn't know how long the process took. Everything sorted and money refunded in three weeks. So very happy.
