Compared to other insurers this one fell well below the service I expected. I felt that there were delaying tactics and when having a conversation regards this with an employee, their response was less than professional.

We had to cancel our holiday due to my husband being taken ill the week before. I requested a claim form and was emailed it straight away filled it out for the gp to complete their part sent it off got an email to say they had received the claim them few days later email to say it had been accepted and the money would be in my account within 7 days it went it after 4 days very good service no problem will definitely get insurance with them again
dont think i should need to keep phoning up when you have agrred payment and then to be told it would be resent out after 3 attempts
So surprised on how quickly our claim got resolved.
Difficult to deal with, no continuity, documents requested in error numerous times. I empathy when dealing with a death.

Apart from a couple of times I had to contact the company, the matter was resolved.
Enquiry handled very efficiently.
This is a Mickey Mouse company that takes people’s money and then refuses to accept a police report following illegal entry to a locked hire car. Because there was no visible damage to the door or window they refuse to settle the claim. Even though the Spanish police officer knew and explained to the insured the method of illegal entry.

On line proved inflexible andbunweildy when I tried to use it to change my car - computer said no!!! Person to person help, which I had to resort to was spot on
