Following my recent email from yourself regarding my claim, I was very disappointed with the outcome and I have tried to contact you by phone to discuss this. My claim has been based on an economy policy, not the premier policy that I had purchased and have confirmation of. I have read the terms and conditions for this policy and feel that my claim has been incorrectly dealt with. You have also classed my case as delay for outwards travel and not as a cancellation as per emails from easyJet and British Airways. Therefore, I would like my case to be reviewed.

Very helpful and quick to pay out
Having lost (possibly stolen) my prescription sunglasses on holiday I’m pleased to say insure for were quick & easy to sort out my claim, would have no hesitation in using them in the future.

Hard to say more than my title summary. Followed the simple instructions, sent in what was asked and claim paid. Easy as that. Good job!
Life and holidays are not black or white some times things happen outside the box but your company is not prepared for that which made our family loose out. I think you need to be more flexible and take each individual situation in to account.

Not been able to speak to someone on behalf of mother due to her having a stroke. If I never persisted don’t think we would of getting the money back.

Initial conversations with representatives were not as helpful as I feel they could have been, given the circumstances. Further calls, to clarify information required were met with a similar response. The claim was paid quite quickly once the relevant documents were emailed but it was not clear that it would be paid. Better communication and a little extra dose of helpfulness wouldn’t go amiss.
Went on holiday in Asia lost my bag on a taxi reported to my insurance and the process are good and quick will definitely recommend it.
The only thing I thought was annoying were some of the questions I had to fill out
