Good communication could do it all online
After sending all paperwork required the claims department disputed accomadation costs and then oayed out using the balance payment of the accomadation as sum paid. I have contacted them to advised them they have not included accomadation deposit that was paid and been informed it take another week to review claim.

They paid out, took full 2 weeks to process my claim, didn't contact me at all. When I called checking the status of my claim they were fairly rude. Took 6 working days to process the payment, 3 out of 5. Next travel insurance I buy i'll pay a bit more to use a mainstream insurance company.
Slow process, over 2 weeks and still do not have confirmation that we are covered. Claims form is not adaptable to specific claims.

Two month later - no payment or clear answers what's going on, despite following procedure step by step and having everything approved by the company initially. Very disappointed, avoid if you can.

it has taken nearly 3 months to get a few pounds back from this policy. They made it as difficult as possible to get any money back and we were left massively out of pocket after our flight was cancelled at the last minute. Would avoid this insurer like the plague
