From my very first contact the words you not insured for that is all I have heard. There seems to be no urgency or sympathy in what is happening from an insured person point of view. I have never made a claim in my life before, I was scared and alone and at no point did I feel reassured a terrible company is all I can say

I claimed for a doctors visit while on holiday in Greece where I was diagnosed with acute throat infection the bill was 156 Euro it took a month for these people to settle the claim,when they did pay I got the princely sum of £10 I didn’t realise your excess charge was so high, so definitely won’t be insuring with you again

The company is offering around a quarter of the amount of money lost/spent for the claim. In fact, while not disputing they are going by their cover list, and being guilty of not reading the list prior to taking out the policy, the cover is minimal, insufficient and misleading. I bought the most expensive policy, so expected much more than what is being offered. Avoid this company!

Easy paperwork and prompt reply
had to cancel flights due to family member being ill. Claim was dealt with fairly swiftly and both mine and my daughter's flight money was refunded in full.

The forms were easy to complete and made clear what evidence was required to support the claim. Mine was a very straightforward claim so there was no problems with it.

After my baggage was delayed for 10 days, I was given £50.00. I sent receipts for the £100.00 worth of essentials I needed to buy as I was on the other side of the planet with nothing but the clothes on my back. Insurefor say that because I only made purchases on 2 days I am only eligible for 2x£25.00. Their replies are slow by email and their opening times mean if you work Monday-Friday 9-5 you'll have a hard time contacting them by phone. After I provided all of my documents to them I received an acknowledgment and then no contact for a month. After this I chased them up and was instantly provided my response. Poor service and deceptive policy documents.
