An acceptable experience all round. Your staff were always polite and efficient.
A bit slow and I needed to chase for updates, but did what was stated and paid out in full. No excess really was, No Excess. I would certainly consider using them again and would recommend them. Only gave 4 stars due to length of time to pay out and needing to chase them for updates.
At a difficult time the whole process was efficient and stress free. Thank you!
they ask for a LOT of info initially, but once all that was over to them, it was pretty painless.
They did not pay my claim.

When i became unwell on holiday i didn't think it would end up.with a doctor visiting me in my hotel room. When I came to claim back the expenses of the doctors trip with my insurance I was very pleased on the ease of the online forms and submitting evidence which I knew would be needed right up to the email informing me my claim had been successful.

Having to suffer with a slipped disc, trapped nerve and pinched nerve, being fobbed off by the NHS and then having to go private and missing my holiday me and my wife suffered for 8 weeks with Reactive Claims. What a faceless company. After sending them every single piece of evidence, receipts, consultation invoices, cancelled hotel bookings, MRI scan letters, Doctors Sick Note, Doctor not able to fly note, me chasing them only to be told "the claim is with the claims department" The odd time I would get an email requesting this or that, I finally got to the point and asked "If there was no end in sight I would take the claim to a higher authority" I received an email 4 lines stating the claim had been resolved and my money would be refunded. Well it has taken 7 working days to be credited to my account and I will never use Reactive Claims again. Reactive? My elderly 89 year old mother in law who is partially disabled was more reactive. No one to speak to, no one to email, no one to claim responsibility. What a joke. The caring, sharing side of the modern age. Terrible.
