My husband lost a filling whilst on holiday and was in a lot of pain. We managed to find a dentist and he had the filling replaced. We were later happy to see our costs would be covered by our insurance policy, and with no excess. I was really pleased about this as I'd looked for a really well rated good value policy. Then we started the claims process, through a 3rd party, 'reactive claims'. The claim forms were long and overly complex and the attachments required were excessive. So having completed a 5 page claim form with proof of travel, accommodation, receipt for treatment, document checklist etc, we waited for our claim to be paid into the bank. Over 2 weeks later we have received an email asking for an itemised invoice, when we have already provided a receipt. Whilst this is a small claim, It matters to us. I would absolutely not take insurance with Insurefor.com again given this experience.

Easy process from start to finish
My straightforward claim took 8 weeks to settle. It was unclear what aspects of my claim were being queried. Responses to emails was slow. I found the agent I spoke to was quite rude. Overall, a bit disappointing.

Hassle Free , was unfortunate to end up with an ear infection , got treatment and sent all details invoices and got resolved
Very helpful when up about a query
There was some define confusion which could have been avoided if my original claim pack had been looked at properly from the start, but after 3 months I got my money back minus a few things which I fully accepted. Once clarity was achieved it went very smoothly.
Claim too far too long..every time they asked for additional information took 10 days to review. Over 1 month to settle claim. Disappointed

I was very unwell in Turkey and understandably the first thing that is a worry is money. Insurefor were amazing they negotiated with the hospital and it was no stress at all
The experience was slow and tortuous, having been asked to call the medical team they then deny to pay the mobile phone bills. Took far too long to get confirmation of cover and would have left us stranded abroad if we had not had the funds to pay privately to get what we needed. Although the policy looks good on paper, the service we received was sub standard and added to the stress of being seriously ill abroad.
