No fuss
We had to cancel due to a traveller’s hospitalisation. We received all expected refunds (except taxes) for all 4 family members on policy. No problems at all as we supplied all receipts and medical certificates. Very pleased with service.

Every obstacle to avoid paying out.
The claims team did everything possible to avoid paying out. They were unacceptably slow to respond. My experience of dealing with them means I will avoid using insurefor for any future travel insurance needs.
