Brilliant and easy
I started the claim back in August. After not hearing anything for a few weeks, I got in contact again. The response was that they were chasing up my previous employer. Some more transparency around the process as well as regular updates, even if nothing has changed would go a long way. I literally had to chase it at every step. My claim has been accepted, so I hope it isn’t just as long again before I get the funds.

Insurance initially decline the claim as they haven't realized that policy was transfer then come up with many different excuses not to pay correct monthly benefit or avoid the claim completely. Made complain and will wait for one of the managers to get back to me if not successful will take it further to financial services ombudsman.
