first claim
This was my first claim for sickness payments, and considering the actual company who insured me had just gone bankrupt the whole experience was quite good. I was informed my monies would be paid but advised no time limits, in the end although there were a couple of amount issues ,I was paid in full. I have now been moved to a new insurer. I was kept informed of all progress via letter and email. I feel under the difficult circumstances I was dealt with professionally and respectfully

Upset at this terrible time
Have been told my claim was accepted then I receive a letter today to say the underwriter has gone bankrupt! Why has me and my husband been paying this protection insurance every month and why were we not told about this until filing for a claim and awaiting payment! My claim is not much but every little helps at a time like this!! I’m post-operative right now and do not need this extra stress! I want my payment due to all the money that we paid to your company over the past four years and i won’t let this lay!
