I had the cause to make a claim on my policy due to redundancy, the people I spoke to were sympathetic and told me what I needed to do next to progress with my claim. They sent the claim paperwork within 48 hours and once I had returned all documents contacted me a few days later to let me know my claim was accepted. Fortunately I found new employment so I closed my claim down but I can't speak highly enough for my experience in registering my claim.

Quick and no hassle
Realm processed my claim quickly and without raising the level of anxiety which comes with being made redundant by stringing things out or making me jump through hoops. The only time my confidence was a little dented was when I saw the claim form. That could do with being redesigned and professionally produced. Apart from this everything has been quick and professional and I would recommend Realm to family and friends.
