Rubbish
Sent a load of forms that are virtually impossible to fill in, have you tried getting information from local surgery lately its lucky to get an appointment if your ill, to get anyone to fill in a form is highly unlikely so it makes insurance a waste of time. You have had my premiums in good faith but as usual its a fudge when it comes to pay out, I have worked the last 12 months or more in agony trying to avoid time off but have had the surgery to put right the injury thinking I will be covered for my time off work some hope. Will need to review your terms when fully recovered and seek legal advice accordingly.

Slow approval and poor communication
It took 3 weeks for claim to be approved which caused stress and worry. Even when I was told I would’ve called back with an update I wasn’t called back
