Correspondence poor

My correspondence was poor as I never heard anything throughout the claim I had to ring 3 times to find anything out

Rather complex form but good response time.

The form was a little daunting and asked for very precise information in a set format. Not the easiest to tackle whilst still in some discomfort fter an accident but once it was completed and sent off I got a timely and positive response to my claim.

Took to long to review and settle my claim.

I found out, through a phone call I made, to see what was holding up my claim. It was due to the Thomas Cook folding up. I think, that when a Travel Company folds up, there should be a special department/section set up to review and sort claims out and deal with the on going claims, already in the system, being processed. This was a very stressful period for me, having to cancel my holiday, due my Cancer returning and I could not go on my Cruise of a Lifetime that I had booked the year before.

Excellent

It took us longer to gather together what was needed to make the claim Doctors letter etc., but on your side the claim was settled very quickly.

Very easy

I had to cancel a holiday recently due to an injury which prevented flying. I put in a claim for the cancellation and it was straight forward. Provided you have the necessary information it's an uncomplicated process. I was happy with the outcome.

Still waiting

Eight weeks after having a stroke which prevented me going on holiday still waiting for decision wether I will be paid out . Seem to spend more time looking for any loop hole not to pay 👎🏼
