I found the whole experience of being made redundant very difficult to deal with, but when I dealt with staff at Trent they made me feel much better and gave me wonderful support with paperwork and I just felt I could talk to the staff who were so kind. I really appreciated their kindness at a low time in my life.

I was made redundant due to COVID in September 2020 and lockdown was continuing way in to 2021. Having this insurance has meant so much. Trent services were great from start to finish. From sending me forms to complete and keeping me updated in the process to scheduling monthly payments until I was re-employed. Staff are always knowledgeable and helpful over the phone and through email, can’t recommend them enough.
Was hard obtaining payslips & finding a way round being able to take screen shots of bank statements as in the downloaded app it doesn't allow you due to security reasons, but know a way round it if you use the app on google bookmarks.
I sent my forms in early to checREAk they were correct and they told me everything was OK and they also told me my claim had been accepted and would be paid on due date, 10 days ahead. We'll done REALM PROTECTION
I found the staff courteous and prompt in processing my claim which is so reassuring and comforting as it leaves me with one less worry. I said this before and I sincerely mean it “did what it says on the tin “ a reliable policy/company/claims staff who were there when I needed them the most
Communication is very good. Policy good. Maybe money going into account could be quicker?
